Eva Mendes Shares Her Skincare Routine for a Youthful Glow At 46

Alexander TamargoGetty Images If you compare current pictures of Eva Mendes to those taken 10 years ago, you’ll notice one thing: the actress still has a youthful glow. She’s perfected her skincare routine with a few staples that deliver her signature sun-kissed radiance, but she has never shied away from trying something new. In a recent Instagram post, Mendes showed off her new favorite beauty tool championed by Dr. Mariana Vergara called The Golden Wand. Oh, and it’s only $20. In the clip, the mom of two enjoys a facial massage as the V-shaped tool rolls upwards on her cheekbones and her delicate under-eye area. “As you know, I love supporting female owned businesses. Fellow Latina @marianalvergara’s Golden Wand is finally… Source link

Tesla (TSLA): Elon Musk wants more nickel and more good employees

If one thing transpired out of Tesla’s (TSLA) Q2 earnings, it’s that Tesla CEO Elon Musk wants more nickel and talented people at the automaker. Considering that Tesla was able to maintain strong deliveries amid a global pandemic, talks of demand issues are starting to surface, and analysts are starting to look at production constraints again. As usual, Musk pointed to battery cell supply as the main production constraint for Tesla. Musk brought up an interesting new strategy from Tesla to help manage battery supply with LFP iron phosphate batteries. We previously reported that Tesla is introducing a new version of the Model 3 in China with LFP batteries. During Tesla’s Q2 2020 earnings call, Musk explained that Tesla believes its improves efficiency enough that it is… Source link

Chinese “COVID-19” Hackers indicted after 11 year hacking spree

The text explains one of the tools from the “experimental” portion of the class, “MS06040Scanner”:  The working principle of MS06040Scanner is to first obtain the operating system type and open ports through port scanning and operating system scanning. If it is a windows2000 system, TCP 139 or TCP 445 port is opened, and the returned data packet matches the definition in the vulnerability library. It means that the host may have MS06040 vulnerabilities, we can use MS06040 exploit programs to carry out remote overflow attacks on it The second slide demonstrates the “X-Scan” tool which would be used to find vulnerabilities allowing data exfiltration. The Attacks

Editorial: Slaying the yellow dragon | Editorials

For citrus growers around the world, huanglongbing represents a deadly threat. The disease, also called citrus greening disease or yellow dragon disease, originated in China and has spread to many citrus-growing regions. With the tiny citrus psyllid as a vector, HLB spreads rapidly through a grove, and the impact is profound: the infected trees die and the fruit is bitter, acidic, abnormally green and worthless. In Florida, where HLB first appeared in the U.S., citrus production is down 74% in the past 15 years and the cost of production has doubled, according to USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. HLB has invaded much of Asia and Africa. In… Source link

Adobe out-of-band security updates for Photoshop, Prelude, Bridge

A week after July 2020 Patch Tuesday, Adobe has released out-of-band security updates to fix thirteen vulnerabilities – twelve of which critical – in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Prelude, and Reader Mobile. The good news is that none of these vulnerabilities are currently being exploited in the wild, and that most of them are in products that have historically not been a target for attackers. Out-of-band updates Adobe considers the update for the mobile versions of Reader for Android to be the one users and admins should implement soon, even though it fixes “just” a single information disclosure flaw. The Adobe Photoshop updates deliver fixes for Photoshop CC 2019 and Photoshop 2020 on Windows and macOS, which resolve five critical out-of-bounds read/write issues that… Source link

Chinese Hackers Charged in Decade-Long Crime and Spying Spree

Li Xiaoyu had a problem. At some point in his decade-long hacking spree with former college classmate Dong Jiazhi, as alleged in a recent Justice Department indictment, the Chinese national found himself unable to break into the mail server of a Burmese human rights group. The usual methods apparently hadn’t worked. For Li, the solution came from having a friend in high places: An officer with China’s Ministry of State Security handed him zero-day malware—unknown to security vendors, and so harder to defend against—to help finish off the job. Other countries have long blurred the lines between criminal and state-sponsored hacking, particularly Russia, Iran, and North Korea. But in a detailed indictment unsealed by the Department of Justice Tuesday, the United States has for the… Source link
