After six months of a long building process, a new neighbor, Cold Fusion, is open on 178 Main Street. At 11 am Thursday Cold Fusion opened its doors and celebrated a great achievement.
This is the second storefront for the manager Eric Emmert. A long time coming for the manager as he has lived in Westport for the past 15 years with his daughters and wife. Cold Fusion opened to diverse crowds with wide age ranges as they all shared their experience outside Cold Fusion where lounge chairs are nicely located.
With both of his storefronts, Emmert pushes “all clean label ingredients and zero additives.” With a range of gelato flavors from Key Lime Pie to Emmet’s favorite, Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip. Cold Fusion will be from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm everyday.
